Easter

We had a wonderful Easter! After church we went to my Mom and Dad's to eat and let the kids hunt Easter Eggs then we stopped by Mamaw and Papa's house to visit for a while. It was a beautiful day! Thank you God for your risen Savior and your eternal promise! It is such a blessing to celebrate this holiday with family.

A day at the Kline Farm

The girls and I spent a beautiful afternoon over at the Kline's farm. The kids had so much fun and I really enjoyed the warmer weather and getting outside. I can't wait for the Kline's to get all moved in and only 15 minutes away!! 

They seriously have a fireman's pole coming off the cabin deck. The girls thought this was the best!  I remember sliding down this when I was a little girl!

Lakelyn learning about Jude drinking his Mommy's milk!  It's a little sad to me that she is my only child that doesn't know about breastfeeding.  She was weened a little after she turned one and since she is our last child this is something that she doesn't see very often.  When Avery was her age I was nursing Oakley so she would nurse her baby dolls.  It was so stinkin' cute!

Avery {8 Year Pictures}

We finally got around to taking Avery's 8 year pictures! I love how they all turned out! Avery has gotten to the point where she has as much fun with her photo shoots as I do! There is so much I could say about Miss Avery at eight.  She is compassionate, loving, quite the little diva, dramatic, imaginative, a little on the bossy side, wants to please but also stands her ground, says what she thinks, loves every sport she tries, happy, fun, has an amazing laugh, loves to play tricks, needs her one on one time with Mommy & Daddy, nurturing, and so much more.  But instead of a long post of what I had to say about her, this year I decided to interview Avery and she what she had to say about herself. It was so fun to here what she had to say and I am sure she will enjoy looking back on it someday. So without further adieu, here is Miss Avery's interview:
